The story

Begun by one. Worn by two.

wagner&me started the way the best things do — without a plan. A studio, a sewing machine, a red dog named Wagner who refused to wear anything that didn't suit him. The first collar took three drafts. The second sold out in a week.

Today the house designs across leather, cashmere, ceramics and tailoring — for the human and the companion that share a life. Every piece is made in runs of fewer than 200, by name, by hand.

Every piece is produced in runs of fewer than 200. When it's gone, it's gone — and we'd rather make something else than make more of the same.

We design for the second decade. Vegetable-tanned leathers, full-grain hides, cashmere from a single mill in Inner Mongolia. Repaired free, for life.

Margins, materials, makers — published. No mystery, no markup theatre. The dog wouldn't stand for it.
